6 Days Fly-In Serengeti BigFive Luxury Safari Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your Travencia Safaris representative and transferred to your hotel in Arusha.
Take the rest of the day to relax and recover from your journey. If time and energy allow, you can explore some of Arusha’s highlights or simply enjoy the comfort of your lodge before your safari begins.

Day 2: Fly to Serengeti National Park – Big Cat Adventure Begins
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your scheduled flight from Arusha to Serengeti National Park.
As you fly over northern Tanzania, enjoy spectacular aerial views of the Great Rift Valley, savannah plains and wilderness landscapes.
Upon arrival in the Serengeti, meet your professional safari guide and begin your first game drive.
The Serengeti is one of Africa’s greatest wildlife destinations and an exceptional habitat for lions, leopards and cheetahs. Your guide will use their knowledge of the landscape and animal behavior to help you find the wildlife that makes this ecosystem so famous.
As the afternoon progresses, continue your game drive before heading to your camp for dinner and a relaxing evening beneath the African sky.

Day 3: Full-Day Serengeti Game Drive – The Big Cats of Tanzania
Today is dedicated entirely to exploring the Serengeti.
After an early breakfast, set out with your guide for a full-day game drive across the endless savannah. The Serengeti is particularly famous for its large populations of lions, cheetahs and leopards, making it an ideal destination for travelers fascinated by big cats.
Depending on the season and wildlife movements, you may witness predators stalking prey, lions resting beneath acacia trees, cheetahs scanning the plains from termite mounds or leopards hidden among rocky kopjes.
The Serengeti is also home to elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, hippos, hyenas and hundreds of bird species.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness before continuing your exploration through the afternoon.
Return to camp in the evening for dinner and a peaceful night surrounded by the sounds of the African bush.

Day 4: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Enjoy a final morning game drive in the Serengeti as you begin your journey toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
The drive offers another opportunity to encounter wildlife while experiencing the changing landscapes of northern Tanzania.
As you leave the Serengeti behind, the scenery gradually changes from open savannah to the dramatic highlands surrounding Ngorongoro.
Arrive at your camp in the afternoon and enjoy time to relax, take in the spectacular surroundings and prepare for the following day’s crater adventure.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater Tour – Wildlife Wonderland
Today you descend into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, one of Tanzania’s most remarkable wildlife areas.
After an early breakfast, descend the crater walls into the crater floor for an unforgettable game drive.
The crater supports an extraordinary concentration of wildlife. With some luck, you may encounter lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, hippos and hyenas. The area is also one of the places where you have a chance of spotting the endangered black rhinoceros.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater before continuing your wildlife exploration.
Later in the afternoon, ascend from the crater and continue to your lodge, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Day 6: Tarangire National Park – Departure
Day 6: Tarangire National Park – Departure
After breakfast, travel to Tarangire National Park, famous for its enormous elephant herds, ancient baobab trees and diverse wildlife.
Enjoy a game drive through the park, where you may encounter elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, lions and numerous bird species.
Tarangire’s distinctive baobab-studded landscapes provide a spectacular final setting for your Tanzanian safari.
After your game drive, continue toward Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward flight.
Safari ends with unforgettable memories of Tanzania.
